About Texas Saves
The Center for Public Policy Priorities through the Opportunity Texas initiative assumed leadership of Texas Saves in 2010 in partnership with the FDIC, Texas Department of Banking, Office of the Consumer Credit Commissioner and Texas AgriLife Extension Service. Texas Saves, part of the broader America Saves Campaign, strives to promote and increase savings of Texas families, ultimately increasing the number of Texans who make a habit of saving.
